Pali 48 Limited provide Home Information Packs (HIPs) and local authority searches for the purposes of conveyancing. We cover the whole of Essex including Basildon, Southend, Thurrock, Brentwood, Rochford, Chelmsford and Benfleet. We have been preparing for the provision of HIPs for many years and now offer a bespoke service to Estate Agents, Solicitors and the general public. It is our aim to be an extension of your agency, handling all the administration required, taking the hassle out of your office. We tailor our service to suit you. If you are simply selling your own property you do not have to use the HIP provider offered by your estate agent. You can use an independent company and take the HIP with you if you change agent.

Before the introduction of HIPs, we were providing searches to local solicitors. All of our staff are fully trained and highly competent in carrying out the wide variety of requests in conveyancing. We carry £2 million indemnity insurance to give you further peace of mind. We are members of IPSA and we subscribe to Hipcode and Searchcode.

You can order all your HIP requests simply by fax, e-mail or post and have the results returned to you in the same way or any combination thereof. Your HIP can be viewed online by potential purchasers at www.hipview.co.uk. Your HIP will be returned usually within five working days.
